Rick Heck founded Rick's Towing Inc. in 1993 from Mount Vernon, Illinois — with a single truck, a strong work ethic, and a belief that honest service speaks for itself. Over three decades, that belief built one of The local towing company Southern Illinois trusts most — Southern Illinois' most trusted names in towing and recovery.

After Rick passed, his wife Beverly took ownership and Daniel stepped in as General Manager. Together with their team — Kenny in Fairfield, Hallie and Mary at dispatch, and operators Dallas, Aaron, Mason, Dakota, and Seth — they've kept Rick's standards alive and raised the bar higher.

Today, Rick's Towing operates two full-service locations, holds dual AAA and WreckMaster certification, and runs the most capable fleet in the region — including a Century 1075 rotator crane. But it's still the same family. Still the same values.
