Our pricing is simple: 15 yard dumpsters are $350 and 30 yard dumpsters are $500. Both prices include delivery to your location and pickup when you're done — no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, no surprise charges at pickup.
A good rule of thumb: 15 yards handles most home projects — a garage cleanout, a roofing job, a single-room remodel. It holds roughly 4–5 pickup truck loads. The 30 yard is for bigger jobs — whole-house cleanouts, large construction projects, major demolition. It holds 9–10 truck loads. When in doubt, size up — you won't pay extra for unused space, but a second dumpster trip costs more than upgrading upfront.

Yes — concrete, brick, and dirt are accepted. Keep in mind these materials are very heavy and add up fast against the weight limit. If your load is primarily concrete or dirt, we recommend the 30 yard and may ask you to limit how full it gets to stay within road weight limits. Call us first if your project involves a large amount of heavy material.
Yes — roofing shingles are one of our most common loads. Both sizes handle roofing tear-offs. Shingles are heavy though — for larger jobs or multi-square tear-offs, the 30 yard gives you more room to work with and keeps you under the weight limit more comfortably.
Material must not extend above the rim of the dumpster — a level load is required for safe transport on the road. If the dumpster is overfilled when we arrive for pickup, we'll ask you to remove the excess before we can haul it. Simple rule: don't pile material above the walls of the container.
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access and you've told us where to place the dumpster, we can drop it off without you being there. Same for pickup — just call us when it's ready to go and we'll come get it. We'll call ahead to confirm both delivery and pickup.
